After more than twenty years in the real estate arena, Mike Carroll joins Chris Brigandi and his team to bring another level of experience, insight and enthusiasm to Coldwell Banker Previews International and the CBRE Group. Over the years Mike has been bringing his knowledge and professionalism to the real estate community through his involvement in property valuation, consulting, sales, marketing and negotiation. The son of a real estate broker and educator, Mike formed a passion for real estate at a very early age.

Mike began his real estate career with Bank of America as a real estate appraiser and quickly vaulted up the corporate ladder to become the youngest chief appraiser in the history of the company. His consistency and integrity in the valuation of real property earned him the opportunity to work in many of the country's major markets as Bank of America expanded throughout the country.

In 1997 Mike launched his own brand, The Carroll Group, which provided appraisal and consulting services throughout the banking and mortgage lending communities. Mike routinely consulted with property owners, real estate professionals and, of course, lending institutions on matters of asking price, probable selling price, market value and their affect on the transaction to achieve the most favorable outcome for all parties. Still a formidable presence in the real estate community, The Carroll Group is now led by Mike's wife, Debbie Carroll.

Mike's undying professionalism and attention to detail are what set him apart from many others in the real estate community. His patience and understanding of the buying and selling process allow him to form a connection with each party to the transaction to ensure a smooth, efficient and successful process.

Born and raised in Southern California, Mike attended Long Beach State University and now enjoys the SoCal lifestyle with Debbie and their four children in San Clemente.
